These terms govern your use of FishLogger ("the App"), developed by Coard Miller. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
FishLogger is a personal fishing journal. You may use it to log catches, track sessions, and analyze your fishing patterns. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
FishLogger does not require an account. Your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and iCloud account.
FishLogger offers optional in-app purchases ("FishLogger Pro") with the following options:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed through your App Store account settings. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You own your fishing data. The App does not claim any rights to your catches, photos, routes, or other content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
GPS coordinates, weather data, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes. FishLogger does not guarantee the accuracy of location, weather, or pattern analysis data. Do not rely on the App for navigation or safety decisions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate information, or device issues.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or modify its features. Active subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
